Please note the Terms and Conditions of enrollment for this course:
- 1. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- a. All course materials, including but not limited to recordings, slides, handouts, and assignments, are the exclusive property of the Company. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any course materials outside the training program without prior written consent from the Company.
- 2. Communication and Support
- a. For any issues, concerns, or questions regarding the training program, students should reach out directly to the designated Training Coordinator or the Operations Head. We encourage open and respectful communication to ensure a positive learning experience.
- 3. Code of Conduct
- a. Students are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards instructors, peers, and staff throughout the duration of the program.
- b. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
- c. Students are not allowed to share the meeting link and link to recording with anyone as the meeting is intended only for the registered participant and the study material shared over email and recordings shared is proprietary of the Company.
- d. Students are expected to refrain from engaging in any form of defamatory actions towards Company, its instructors, or its programs, whether online or offline.
- e. Any concerns should be addressed internally through the appropriate channels rather than publicly.
- 4. Attendance and Participation
- a. A minimum attendance of 80% is required to successfully complete the training program. Regular attendance is crucial for grasping the full scope of the curriculum and for eligibility for certification and placement assistance.
- b. Students must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments as part of the program requirements.
- 5. Payment of Fees
- a. The fees paid for the course enrolled in are not refundable and cannot be adjusted to any other course under any circumstances.

- 6. Assignment and Evaluation
- a. Students must complete all assignments, assessments, and projects on time to ensure progress in the course. Failure to submit assignments may affect overall performance and certification eligibility.
- 7. Changes to the Program
- a. Company reserves the right to make changes to the course structure, schedule, or content as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner.
- 8. Withdrawal Policy
- a. Students wishing to withdraw from the program must notify the Training Coordinator in writing.
- 9. Agreement
- a. By enrolling in the Pharma and Life Sciences Training Program, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to dismissal from the program without a refund.
